We are a small realm located in the college town of Thatcher, Arizona (about 2 hours from Tuscon and 2 hours from Phoenix).
We play Belegarth with some rule variations for younger players. We allow ages 8 and up. The rule variations from the Belegarth standard rules are:
1. When fighting a minor player younger/smaller than yourself, hit lighter.
2. Red (class 2) weapons for ages 8-14 must be a minimum of 36″ long and have 2.5″ of foam depth on striking surfaces.
3. Red (class 2) weapons for ages 15+ must be a minimum of 48″ long and have 2.5″ of foam depth on striking surfaces.
We welcome all players and encourage honorable, playful combat.
